Do I need an appointment?

Yes! For Our Bridal Pieces we operate by appointment only and have a dedicated stylist working with each bride and bridal party. We prefer to dedicate our time to provide an exclusive experience to our brides and appointments are the best way to go. Please, click on the contacts page to book an appointment and schedule your bridal consultation.

How long is an appointment?

Each bridal appointment runs for approximately 60 – 90 minutes. We find this is a perfect amount of time to browse the collection of dresses and get settled in the boutique for your Brøsche experience.

What if I can’t make it to my appointment?

Considering that our bridal is by appointment only, if you can’t make it please give us a 24 hour notice.

When should I order my wedding gown?

We find it most comfortable to order your gown 6-11 months prior to your wedding day. The bridal gowns are customized to fit you perfectly which takes some time. However, we do take in rush orders and deliver accordingly. Please let us know if you have a tight timeline before your wedding so we can accommodate you best.

Will I need alterations?

Since Brøsche pieces are all one offs and made by us, we do have extra materiel to personalize and customize the piece on you. As we prefer to make the alterations ourselves in house to keep the originality of our vision intact.

Can you make alterations on wedding dresses bought at another bridal store?

Yes, definitely. Our partners are the number one tailoring Studio in Toronto conveniently located on top of us, and they specialize in Wedding gowns and Suits. 

Who will be there for the appointment? And is it extra Fee?

Both of Brøsche designers (Lilit & Lana) will be in your bridal appointment. You will not be charged for your first appointment and any other fittings.

Are all of your pieces custom?

The pieces we carry are all one offs and can be customized. However, they are not custom. We do custom bridal as well, but for such inquiries it’s a completely different process.

What should I expect when I come in?

You will be given a tour of the pieces showcased in the gallery while understanding what you are looking for. Once you have chosen your desired look, you will be working closely with one of our Brøsche designers as your personal stylist through all the fittings to ensure maximum comfort and ease.

What are the sizes in store?

Brøsche pieces vary from size 4-12 yet we always find innovative techniques to customize our dresses to our clients.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

There is no refund on the deposit or exchange of a special order. Since our pieces are customized on you we don’t except exchange after we have started on changing the construction of the garment.

Do you rent dresses?

No. 

What is the price range of your bridal collection?

Our pieces start at $6000 and top out at $25,000. On average the Brøsche Bridal gowns range between $7000 and $12,000.

Do I need to wear special undergarments?

We recommend that you bring a strapless bra and wear light or nude undergarments.

Anything I need to know before coming in? Are shoes allowed inside the boutique?

Few things to keep note of before coming in please;

  • No food/beverages inside the gallery
  • No makeup on the Bride before trying the pieces on.
  • Kindly leave your shoes outside and grab one of our disposable slippers from the bench

Is there parking nearby?

Metered parking is available on Queen West during non-rush hour periods, just steps away from our front door. There is also an underground parking at Loblaw’s and another parking lot across from Loblaw’s .
